At the Fingal International Festival of Voices, we are committed to preserving the confidentiality and trust of all participants and patrons of the Festival as well as the subscribers to our newsletter.
Here you will find information on how we treat the data that we collect.
We collect personal information as part of the registration process for our newsletter. We use that information for a couple of reasons: Firstly, to tell you about Choir Festival events; secondly, to provide ticketing information for those events and final, to encourage your participation in the Festival. We don't share or disclose our email lists with any other organisations and businesses. We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We use Mail-chimp as they are GDPR compliant. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by emailing our Festival Manager Lea Foersterling at email@example.com.
Festival Participant Sign-Up
As part of the registration for taking part in the Festival, we collect personal information. We use that information to contact you regarding logistical details about participating in the festival, informing you about the complete festival programme, offering you tickets for Festival events and encourage you to participate in future festivals. We do not share these personal details with any other organisations or businesses.
You will be contacted by direct email from our Festival staff and can ask to be removed from the contact list at any stage.
Patrons of the Festival Sign-Up
As part of the registration for becoming a Patron of the Festival, we collect personal information. We use that information to contact you regarding details about your Patron package, make you aware of the full festival programme, and encourage you to sign up as a Patron for future festivals. We do not share these personal details with any other organisations or businesses. You will be contacted by direct email from our Festival staff and can ask to be removed from the contact list at any stage.
Contact Us Query
In order to contact us with a query about the festival we ask you to provide your name, email address and phone number so that we can respond to your query promptly. As soon as your query has been answered
we delete your contact information.
When you purchase a ticket (or tickets) online via our Box Office partners at the Millennium Forum you may opt-in to share your name, address and/or email, which will be shared securely with the Festival, added to our mailing list and used to contact you with information about future festivals. We do not disclose this information with any other organisations or businesses and you can opt-out of the mailing list at any time.
You may, of course, purchase a ticket (or tickets) in person at our local Festival Office without supplying any of the aforementioned personal data.
Access to Your Personal Information
